Warranty policy
We can only accept racquets for warranty if they have been purchased through Tennis Pro. Please include a proof of purchase (invoice or credit card statement) along with any racquet you are returning for warranty inspection. If you do not have a copy of either please write out a short note with your name, address, phone number, and a brief description of what is wrong with the racquet.
Please do not send the cover back with the frame and do not cut the strings out as this may void the warranty.
This process takes about 3 to 5 weeks and we will notify you by post card as soon as we receive confirmation from the manufacturer.
Tracking packages
Packages that are shipped by UPS can be tracked after 5PM EST the day the package is shipped. You may track your package by entering your phone number in the package tracking field on our website. This is located in the top right corner of our home page.
Lowest price guarantee policy
Midwest Sports Supply guarantees lowest prices. If you find a product through one of our competitors for a lower price we will beat their price, provided that they have it in stock in the same size and model. We must have the item in stock as well (we are not able to price match on special orders). NOTE: Separate sizes and models are separate items. For example, if another company has a certain shoe in stock in size 13 only for a lower price but you are interested in size 7, we are not able to match or beat their price since they do not have your size in stock at that lower price.
